As soon as your order is received it goes immediately to processing. Your order is formulated, packaged, and sent out for delivery to you. Generally, we send out your order the very next day. Some custom orders or large bulk orders may take just a bit longer depending on the size of the order.

Storing your TropicZone Foods:
When you receive you order of TropicZone Turtle Diets or Aquaculture-ONE Professional Fish Foods, you will note that the products come to you tightly packaged. This process protects the foods value and guards against the deterioration of nutrients by oxidation and excessive moisture. Once the package is opened, it can be easily resealed with the zip lock option. A specially prepared “PPP’ pack is included in each package. This “Product Protection Package” helps assure that excess oxygen and moisture is absorbed away from the food ingredients and keeps your food fresh and at maximum potency. We suggest that you keep the PPP pack within the package so that it can continue to help guard your food from harmful elements.
Under general household conditions, TropicZone Foods are completely guaranteed for 4 months from time of purchase, when maintained in their resealable Ziplock package (with PPP pack).
If a longer storage period is required, refrigeration can increase storage life by another 30 days.
Generally speaking, we suggest purchasing enough TropicZone to feed your turtles for up to 4 months (16 weeks). This assures your turtles are getting all the great benefits your TropicZone Diets can provide!
If receiving your order in a larger bulk size, TropicZone foods will come to you specially packed in 10-pound increments. This allows you to open 10-pounds at a time while keeping the balance of your ordered sealed safely to maintain its freshness.
