Speedy 4-day Delivery and my turtle loved it! It came with a pellet mix, dried shrimp, dried black fly larva, dried cuttlebone, dried mealworms, and dried spinach. Some of the feed was squished as seen in the picture but it was overall of great quality. The packaging was also very thoughtful. You could keep it in the resealable bag it came with if you wanted to since they also added a PPP package to protect the feed from oxygen and moisture absorption.
